2021 Upper Miss Reopening

UPDATE, 3/9/2021 – ACBL has made the decision to allow the release of Gulf originating barges destined for the Upper Miss above St. Louis ahead of schedule.

ACBL will accept Gulf originating releases Tuesday, 3/9, and forward. Any barges on hold in the Gulf as of 3/9, will show a release for 0700 3/9.
